Student survey – sexual health

Thank you for taking part in WA Health’s sexual health project by completing this survey.

The purpose of this survey is to find out about sexual health beliefs, attitudes, behaviours and knowledge among tertiary students in Western Australia, to enable us to produce appropriate resources for students with information and support related to sexual health.

We are particularly interested in responses from students from countries other than Australia.

The survey is confidential and anonymous and you cannot be identified through the information provided. Completed questionnaires will be securely stored at the Department of Health, and will only be viewed by the project team.

The questionnaire consists of a series of questions related to sexual health and relationships. Please answer each question according to the instructions provided. Answer the questions honestly and to the best of your ability. This questionnaire will not be graded, nor will a score be provided.

It shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

You must be over 18 years of age and a Western Australian Tertiary student to complete this survey.
