Epidemiology Branch Client Feedback Survey 2021
Overview
The WA Department of Health Epidemiology Branch provides both advice and analysis on population health data to a range of stakeholders. Our clients are inclusive of the Department of Health, Health Service Providers, other WA government agencies, local government authorities, non-government organisations, academics and the public.
You have been invited to participate in this survey because you have recently requested information from the Epidemiology Branch, using the new online data request process. We are constantly striving to improve our services and rely heavily on client feedback regarding service satisfaction.
This short survey will take between 2 and 10 minutes to complete, depending on responses. All responses will remain anonymous.
We ask that you complete this survey at your earliest convenience. Responses will close on March 31 2021.
Why your views matter
As of the 1st September 2020, the Epidemiology Branch updated its information request process from Microsoft Word document submission to an online data request form utilising Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) services. As such, we are seeking client feedback to gauge its efficacy. Results gained from this survey will be used to assess what we do well, and areas for improvement. Your feedback is essential in helping us provide a more comprehensive, higher quality service.
