Overview

The WA Department of Health Epidemiology Directorate provides both analysis capacity and advice on population health information to a range of stakeholders. Our clients are inclusive of the Department of Health, Health Service Providers, other WA government agencies, local government authorities, non-government organisations, academics, and the public.

You have been invited to participate in this survey because you have recently requested information from the Epidemiology Directorate. We are constantly striving to improve our services and rely heavily on client feedback regarding service satisfaction.

This short survey will take between 2 and 10 minutes to complete, depending on responses. All responses will remain anonymous.
