Epidemiology Directorate Client Feedback Survey 2024
Overview
The WA Department of Health Epidemiology Directorate provides both analysis capacity and advice on population health information to a range of stakeholders. Our clients are inclusive of the Department of Health, Health Service Providers, other WA government agencies, local government authorities, non-government organisations, academics, and the public. You are invited to participate in this survey if you have recently requested information or accessed applications from the Epidemiology Directorate. We are constantly striving to improve our services and rely heavily on client feedback regarding service satisfaction. This short survey will take between 2 and 10 minutes to complete, depending on responses. All responses will remain anonymous. We ask that you complete this survey at your earliest convenience. Responses will close on the 26th of April 2024.
