Expression of Interest: Authentic Co-Design Training

Overview

The Department of Health, Sustainable Health Review Recommendation 4 (SHR4) Project Team are calling for expressions of interest (EOI) from consumers, carers and people with lived experience, who would like to attend co-design training alongside Department of Health staff and other stakeholders.

The training will involve a one hour online introductory session, followed by a full day face to face workshop. The workshops will be held in November.

Please note places will be limited and this form acts only as an EOI and does not guarantee a place at the workshop. We will contact you via email and if your EOI is successful, determine your availability for the workshop dates when they are confirmed.
