Overview

We want to hear from you! The draft Western Australian Youth Health Policy 2018–2023 (The Policy) is ready for your input.

The Policy is a way to voice the health and wellbeing needs of young people aged 10-24 years and aims to advise health services on how to best support young people be the healthiest they can.

The key focus areas of the Policy are:

·       providing youth friendly health services

·       improving access to health services

·       building knowledge and improving participation

·       achieving equitable health outcomes

·       collecting and using data appropriately

·       building health professionals' skills in working with young people

Why We Are Consulting

We believe it is important that the WA community, including young people, their parents and carers, have a chance to have their say about the WA Youth Health Policy.  We are very interested in your views, ideas, advice and recommendations. Your feedback will help us develop the final version of the Policy.
