Overview

The Women's Health Clinical Support Programs,  Women and Newborn Health Service, in collaboration with the Womens and Newborns Health Network, WA Department of Health, are undertaking consultation of the final draft of the Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Model of Care.

When finalised the Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Model of Care will be used to inform statewide policy and patient care in Western Australia.

Why your views matter

This is your final opportunity to provide feedback on the Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Model of Care document.  Your information will be used to inform the implementation of the Model of Care and plan the way forward for Perinatal and Infant Mental Health in Western Australia.

About the Survey

This consultation is open until  16 October 2015.  The survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses to this survey will remain private and confidential.
