Overview

Thank you for participating in the Western Australian Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Services Plan 2015 – 2025 (Plan) online public consultation. We value your views and thank you for taking the time to contribute to this public consultation process.

The public consultation process is open until Monday, 30 March 2015 and includes this online survey as well as stakeholder forums in metropolitan and rural areas. Details about the forums will be provided on the Mental Health Commission website: www.mentalhealth.wa.gov.au/ThePlan

A report outlining feedback received from the consultation process will be available at: www.mentalhealth.wa.gov.au/ThePlan and www.dao.health.wa.gov.au. Following this the Plan will be finalised and presented to Government for approval.

Why your views matter

Your responses will be considered to inform changes to the strategies, actions and phasing of the priorities within the Plan. It will also be used to establish an overview of feedback from the public which will be used where appropriate or required as the Plan is implemented.
