Clinical governance can be defined as the set of relationships, responsibilities, processes and systems that ensure that everyone is accountable to patients and the community for delivering health services that are safe, high quality and continuously improving.

The information collected from this survey will be used to inform the development of a Report for the Director General of the Department of Health, the Mental Health Commissioner and the Minister for Health, Mental Health. The Panel will provide this report by 30 June 2019.
