Business Continuity Management Policy and Framework
Overview
The Department of Health is committed to ensuring the continuity of critical business functions in the event of a disruptive incident, and has developed a policy and framework to ensure systems and processes are in place.
The policy requires an integrated risk-based approach to business continuity management including the development of business continuity plans. The business continuity management framework outlines planning and preparation activities and the process for incident response and recovery.
Feedback is sought on whether the policy and framework clearly explain the requirements.
Please review the draft policy and framework attached at the bottom of the page and complete the survey.
This is an internal consultation and is open only to Department of Health employees.
The consultation period will close on 16 January 2023.
